Returns and Cancellations
Order cancellations and refunds follow the rules below.
Before payment
You can cancel an unpaid order yourself from the panel. Any shipping label bought for it is voided at no charge.
After payment
You can request cancellation of a paid order from the panel. If production has not started, the request is approved and the amount is added to your Prinomi balance, which is deducted from your next payment. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.
Defective or damaged items
If an item has a production defect or arrives damaged, tell us with photos within 14 days of delivery. After review, we reprint and reship it.
Plan fees
Plan fees for a used period are not refunded. If you choose not to renew, you keep using your plan until the end of the current period.
Returns from your Etsy buyers
Returns and exchanges between you and your Etsy buyers follow your own shop policy.
