Etsy Integration
Prinomi connects to your Etsy shop through Etsy's official API, only with your permission. This page explains which Etsy data we use, why, and how.
How the connection works
When you connect your shop, you are taken to Etsy's own consent screen, where you see the permissions requested. We never receive your Etsy password; the connection uses an access token issued by Etsy (OAuth).
Data we use and why
- Shop details (shop name, currency, shipping and return policies): to show your shop in the panel and apply the right policies to new listings.
- Listings: only to create new listings you approve in Prinomi. We do not edit or delete your existing listings.
- Orders and transactions: to show your orders in the panel, identify size and frame, and calculate your profit.
- Buyer shipping details: to ship the order to your buyer and prepare the shipping label and customs documents.
What we never do
- We do not sell Etsy data or use it for advertising or marketing.
- We do not contact your buyers.
- We do not edit or delete your existing Etsy listings.
Storage and refresh
Etsy data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and is refreshed from Etsy regularly. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time from My Shops in your panel or from your Etsy account settings. After you disconnect, your shop data is deleted within 30 days; order and payment records we must keep by law are retained without being linked to you.
