Data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number.
• Account and transactions: plan, orders, payments, receipts, balance and invoice records.
• Etsy shop data: the name, listings and orders of the shop you connect (see the Etsy Integration page).
• Buyer details: the buyer's name, shipping address, phone and email from the Etsy order, used only to produce and ship that order.
• Security: session data, IP address, login times.
• Files you upload: product and print images.

Why we process it

• To create your account, manage your session and verify you.
• To print, pack and ship your orders, and to prepare shipping labels and customs documents.
• To take payments, check receipts and keep balance records.
• To create Etsy listings at your request.
• To send you order, payment and account notifications.
• To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, to establish or protect legal rights and for our legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5/2). Where none of these apply, we ask for your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

We share data only as far as needed to provide the service. Some providers are located outside Turkey; such transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK.

• Carriers (FedEx, DHL, ShipEntegra): delivery and customs.
• Payment provider (iyzico): card payments.
• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare): running the app and storing data.
• Email service (Resend): notification emails.
• AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic): preparing product titles, descriptions and mockup images.
• Our production partners: printing and packing.
• Public authorities: when required by law.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted; order, payment and invoice records are kept for the legally required period without being linked to you.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies for your session and language preference. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected without cookies.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation (KVKK Article 11). Send requests to info@prinomi.com. We reply within 30 days.
