Shipping

Carriers

We work with FedEx, DHL and ShipEntegra. When buying a label you see each carrier's price and estimated delivery time side by side and choose one.

Timing

• Production: usually 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: usually 2-6 business days depending on the carrier.

Customs

Shipments are prepared with customs documents. For EU orders where Etsy has collected VAT, Etsy's IOSS number is used, so the buyer pays no extra VAT on delivery. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping is also available.

Tracking

The tracking number appears in your panel as soon as the label is bought. When the carrier first scans the parcel, the order moves to Shipped and you get an email. You copy the tracking number into the Etsy order yourself.

Address and insurance

A correct buyer address matters for delivery; we warn you if address validation finds a problem. Shipping insurance is recommended for orders over $200.
